Assistant to General Manager, Top Placement firm, Fort Mumbai

 Relationship and Communication skills, Good telephonic skills
 Coordinating skills,
 Probing skills ferreting out specific required information, with diplomacy and tact
 Search skills, getting names of good candidates and their numbers
 Exposure to corporate world at least 6 months, Maturity combined with enthusiasm
 Good knowledge of MS Office

Job Description
 Contacting Candidates- briefing candidates about the job and company details
 Search assignments- Ideating on search, on ways and means to get through to target candidates. Searching Job Portals
 Maintaining candidate relations, especially short listed candidates and placed candidates
 Fixing Business development calls for GM with target clients
 Coordination with clients for candidate interviews and follow ups
 Setting up candidates interviews for GM, occasionally interviewing junior/ mid level candidates, as per need.
Growth- Can move to Consultant level in 1-2 years time
Compensation- upto Rs 8000, pm
